History and origins

A doctoral study at Vietnam National University, Hà Nội, records humble beginnings with a thatched roof and earth floor around 1982, followed by recognition as a religious establishment in 2010. On 11/3/2023, the Buddhist Sangha held a ceremony announcing the appointment of Venerable Thích Chân Niệm as abbot.

Architecture & surroundings

The route to the worship area has steps and railings. Tiled roofs and trees create the welcoming setting of a highland temple. The courtyard and communal spaces receive Buddhist visitors for ceremonies, meetings and community programmes.

Cultural value

The temple continues Buddhist religious life among people who settled in the highlands. Besides worship, documented activities include distributing gifts, sharing safety knowledge and supporting local families.

Events & festivals

On 5/7/2024, the temple hosted a programme providing safety information, fire extinguishers and gifts for local residents. This was a past event, not a fixed annual schedule. Please ask the temple about study sessions and Buddhist ceremonies before attending.
