History and origins
The temple was developed in several phases during the 2010s. On 15/12/2019, it inaugurated the first phase and appointed the nun Thích Đàm Thùy as abbess. On 25/12/2022, the patriarchs' hall and three-entrance gate were inaugurated, adding worship space and facilities for Buddhist visitors attending study and practice.
Architecture & surroundings
The main worship hall has layered curved roofs and connects with the courtyard and patriarchs' hall. Inaugurated in 2022, the gateway has three entrances and two storeys, with an Avalokiteśvara statue on the upper level. Rooflines and devotional statues distinguish this temple near Mậu A Bridge.
Cultural value
The temple helps provide an environment for Buddhist study and practice in Văn Yên. Its summer retreats combine monastic routines with education in filial respect, teamwork and responsibility toward the family.
Events & festivals
The second Thắp Sáng Niềm Tin (Lighting Faith) retreat in 2024 took place on 8–10/7 with more than 300 young participants. Future programmes and registration procedures require new announcements from the temple; the 2024 materials are not a current registration schedule.
